Thermal overboots, also known as foot bags, are a product Mittet has developed to a quality that has earned it status as an official NATO standard.
Developed in close cooperation with demanding users, Mittet overboots have been continuously improved. The sole is made of microporous, cold-resistant and highly insulating PU, designed to reduce heat loss and cold transfer.
The overboots are made to fit as many types of footwear as possible. They weigh only 860 grams, pack small and are not damaged by rolling up.
Waterproof zip and hook-and-loop closure make them easy to get in and out of.
An inner drawcord with a quick-release lock closes them around your shoes.
The shaft is made of water-repellent yet breathable fabric, which largely prevents condensation.
At the top of the fabric shaft is an elastic lace with a cord lock.
Which size to choose depends on the footwear you'll wear inside. Examples: Nesnalobben size 42 = overboots 41/42. Hiking boots size 40 = overboots 41/42.
