For now, all orders are completed in the Protex online store at protex.no. When you click «Buy from Protex» on a product, you go straight to the same product there. Protex AS terms apply to your purchase.
Shipping
We ship with PostNord. Orders received before 12:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. Delivery may take a little longer in peak season.

For deliveries outside Norway, customs duties and taxes may apply. The shipping price is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Exchanges
We do not exchange items directly. Return the item and place a new order in the right size or colour. That way you are sure to get the item before it sells out.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have a 90-day open purchase from the day you received your order. The item must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
You pay for return shipping. Returns with PostNord cost from NOK 93 for parcels up to 5 kg. How to return: Exchanges and returns at Protex.
We normally refund on the same day the return arrives. It may take a few days before the money is in your account.
Complaints
If there is a fault with the item, send a short description and a photo of the fault to post@protex.no. The deadline for complaints is two years from when you received the item.
